Book Sale, September 30 - October 2, 2022

The Friends of the Needham Public Library will hold a fall book sale from Friday, September 30 through Sunday Oct 2. Fiction, general non-fiction, some separate non-fiction categories, children's, youth, and young adult books are among the many that will be available. Holiday books will be included.

On Friday and Saturday hard cover and trade paperbacks are $1, mass market paperbacks are 50¢, and CDs and DVDs are $1.

Sunday is Bargain Day -- all items are half price and a brown bag of books is $8.

Individually priced books in the Friends' Book Shop will be half the marked prices beginning Friday at 12:00 noon and continuing Saturday and Sunday.

Scanners are permitted. Because of social distancing, buyers should refrain from stockpiling books and try to make their purchases as soon as possible.

The book sale will be held in the Library building, so we will follow the Library's own public health guidelines during the sale. These include a strong recommendation that everyone between 3 and 5 years old, as well as anyone in a high risk group, should wear a face mask.

The sale will be in the Library's Community Room. Enter through the main entrance facing the Rosemary Street parking lot. Here are directions and parking information.
