The Friends of the Needham Public Library invite you to join us for a discussion and Q&A session with the world-renowned author and psychiatrist Dr. Edward M. Hallowell. Dr. Hallowell is a best-selling author of 14 books which cover topics such as ADD, strategies on handling your fast-paced life, and other pertinent family, work, and health issues. Overstretched people find their brains mimic the symptoms of ADHD. Dr. Hallowell offers expert strategies and tips for how to bring your personal and work life back in balance.
